Full-duplex RS-232 transceiver for high-speed data transmission up to 120Kbps. Features two drivers and two receivers, operating from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply with a typical 5V operating voltage and 6mA supply current. Surface mountable in a SOIC package with tin, matte contact plating. Includes ESD protection and receiver hysteresis of 400mV. RoHS compliant and lead-free, with a maximum operating temperature of 70°C.
