Full duplex RS-232 transceiver with 4 drivers and 3 receivers, operating at 120Kbps data rate. Features a 5V operating supply voltage with a range of 4.5V to 5.5V and 7mA supply current. This integrated circuit supports through-hole mounting in a PDIP package, with receiver hysteresis of 650mV. Designed for interface applications, it includes shutdown and enable pins, operating between -40°C and 85°C.
