Half-duplex, iCoupler isolated RS-485 transceiver for robust communication. Features 2.5kV isolation voltage, supporting RS-422 and RS-485 interfaces with a 500Kbps data rate. Operates from a 4.75V to 5.5V dual supply voltage, with a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply voltage. This surface mount SOIC package includes one transceiver with bidirectional channels, ESD protection, and a maximum supply current of 2.5mA.
