Full duplex RS-485/RS-422 transceiver supporting 16 Mbps data rates. Features ±15kV ESD protection and 3-state outputs. Operates from a 3V to 3.6V supply with a typical 3.3V operating voltage and 1.5mA supply current. Designed for surface mount applications in a SOIC package with tin, matte contact plating. Includes one driver and one receiver with 100mV receiver hysteresis, operating from -40°C to 125°C.
