Half duplex RS-485/RS-422 transceiver with 16 Mbps data rate. Features ±15kV ESD protection and 3-state outputs. Operates from a 3V to 3.6V supply voltage with a typical 1.5mA supply current. Designed for surface mount with a SOIC package and tin, matte contact plating. Supports receiver hysteresis of 100mV and operates across a -40°C to 125°C temperature range.
