Features ESD protection, 2.7V to 3.6V supply voltage range, and low 1µA operating supply current. Housed in a 5mm x 5mm x 0.83mm LFCSP EP package with tin-matte contact plating. Suitable for applications requiring robust serial communication over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
