Features slew rate limiting for improved signal integrity and operates from a 3V to 3.6V supply, with a typical 3.3V operating voltage and 2.2mA supply current. This integrated circuit offers 3-state outputs and is housed in a 5mm x 4mm x 1.5mm SOIC package with tin-matte contact plating. It supports a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
