Single transmitter/receiver bus transceiver supporting RS-422 and RS-485 interfaces. Features one transmitter and one receiver with differential signal types, enabling multidrop and multipoint data transmission at a minimum data rate of 250Kbps. Operates from a single 5V supply (4.5V to 5.5V) within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Housed in an 8-pin SOIC N narrow body package with gull-wing leads for surface mounting.
