This surface mount integrated circuit offers 4 transmitters and 5 receivers, supporting full duplex communication at data rates up to 116Kbps. Operating within a 3V to 3.6V supply voltage range, it consumes a maximum of 5mA supply current. The SSOP package with Tin/Lead contact plating provides ESD protection and operates from 0°C to 70°C.
