Features ultralow power operation with a maximum supply current of 5mA and an operating supply voltage range of 3V to 3.6V. Includes active high shutdown and active low receiver enable functionality, with 300mV receiver hysteresis and 4.5V/µs slew rate. Packaged in a 2.35mm height, 7.6mm width, 18.1mm length SOIC package with tin, matte contact plating, suitable for surface mounting. ESD protection is integrated, and the component is RoHS compliant.
