Includes active high shutdown and active low receiver enable functionality, with 300mV receiver hysteresis and 4.5V/µs slew rate. Packaged in a 2.35mm height, 7.6mm width, 18.1mm length SOIC package with tin, matte contact plating, suitable for surface mounting. ESD protection is integrated, and the component is RoHS compliant.
