Reset thresholds are programmable, with a maximum reset threshold voltage of 3.126V and a minimum of 3.034V. Includes active-low reset with a 200ms reset delay and a 140ms reset timeout. Packaged in a SOT-23-5 surface mount case, supplied on tape and reel.
