Multi-voltage supervisor IC designed for power management applications. Features two monitored inputs and two voltage monitoring elements with a reset threshold voltage of 4.38V, adjustable between 4.314V and 4.446V. Operates with a supply voltage range of 900mV to 5.5V and a low operating supply current of 5µA. Includes active-low reset with a 200ms delay and 140ms timeout. Packaged in a SOT-23-5 surface mount case, supplied on tape and reel.
