Open-drain microprocessor supervisory circuit monitors supply voltages from 2.5 V to 5 V in 100 mV increments. The active-low reset output asserts down to VCC above 1 V and remains low for selectable minimum timeout periods of 1 ms, 20 ms, 140 ms, or 1120 ms after recovery. A debounced active-low manual reset input accepts pulses greater than 1 μs and rejects typical 100 ns glitches. The device operates with typical supply current as low as 5 μA at 5.5 V and is specified for operation from −40°C to +125°C in a 4-lead SOT-143 package.
