Monitors a single voltage with a reset threshold of 2.7V, ranging from 2.6595V to 2.7405V. Operates with a supply voltage from 1V to 5.5V and a low supply current of 20µA. Includes a reset delay of 280ms and a watchdog timeout of 140ms. Packaged in SOT for tape and reel distribution.
