Operates within a supply voltage range of 1V to 5.5V, consuming a maximum supply current of 20µA. Offers active-high or active-low reset outputs with a 280ms reset delay and a 140ms reset timeout. Suitable for applications requiring single voltage monitoring and simple reset/power-on reset capabilities.
