Surface mount supervisory circuit with a single channel, monitoring one voltage. Features an active-low reset with a delay time of 185ms and a reset timeout of 100ms. Operates within a supply voltage range of 1V to 5.5V, with a reset threshold voltage of 2.63V (2.591V to 2.669V). Maximum operating temperature is 85°C, minimum is -40°C. This simple reset/power-on reset IC has an operating supply current of 500nA and is supplied in tape and reel packaging.
