Surface mount integrated circuit for power management, featuring a simple reset/power-on reset function. Monitors a single voltage with a threshold of 3.7V, with a minimum reset threshold of 3.644V and a maximum of 3.755V. Operates within a supply voltage range of 1V to 5.5V, consuming 500nA of operating current. Includes an active low reset output with a 185ms delay and a 100ms timeout. Designed for operation between -40°C and 85°C, packaged in SOT format on tape and reel.
