
Surface mount microprocessor supervisory circuit featuring a 4.5V reset threshold, with adjustable undervoltage detection from 4.39V and overvoltage detection up to 4.61V. This integrated circuit operates from 1V to 5.5V supply voltage, consuming a maximum of 13uA supply current. It provides an active-low, totem-pole output with a 280ms reset delay and 140ms reset timeout. Designed for general power management applications, it operates across a -40°C to 125°C temperature range.
