
CMOS Switched-Capacitor Voltage Converter, an inverting DC/DC controller, operates with a minimum input voltage of 1.5V and a maximum of 5.5V, supporting a supply voltage range from 1.5V to 7V. This through-hole component features a single adjustable output, capable of delivering up to 100mA with a maximum output voltage of 14V. It boasts a low operating supply current of 5µA and is housed in a PDIP package with tin, matte contact plating. The device functions across an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
