Provides active-low reset with a 200ms delay and 140ms timeout. Monitors four voltages with undervoltage thresholds at 2.13V and overvoltage thresholds at 2.25V. Surface mountable in a SOT package, RoHS compliant, and suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
