This surface mount power management IC is a single-channel, simple reset/power-on reset circuit. It monitors one voltage with a reset threshold voltage of 2.32V, adjustable between 2.28V and 2.35V. Operating from 1V to 5.5V, it features an active-low, push-pull output and a reset timeout of 140ms. The component has a maximum supply current of 60µA and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. Supplied in a 4-pin SC package, it is available in tape and reel packaging.
