Single-channel power supply supervisor IC with active-low reset output. Features a reset threshold voltage of 4.63V, with undervoltage detection at 4.56V and overvoltage detection at 4.7V. Operates from 1V to 5.5V supply voltage, consuming a maximum of 60µA. Includes a 640ms reset delay and a 140ms reset timeout. Packaged in a 4-pin SC-70 (SC-82) surface-mount package.
