Single-channel power supply supervisor IC featuring active-low reset. Monitors a single voltage with a typical reset threshold of 2.63V, adjustable between 2.59V and 2.66V. Operates from 1V to 5.5V supply voltage with a low operating supply current of 60µA. Includes a 640ms reset delay and a 140ms reset timeout. Surface mountable in a 4-pin SC package.
