Surface mount battery backup circuit with adjustable reset and watchdog periods. Features a 4.65V threshold voltage, watchdog timer, battery backup, and low VCC status outputs. Operates with a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V and a supply current of 100uA. Includes chip enable signals and provides 250mA output current. Reset is available in active high and active low configurations with a 280ms reset delay and 140ms reset timeout.
