
Microprocessor supervisor with backup battery switchover and adjustable reset period. Features a single monitored voltage input with a threshold voltage of 4.65V, adjustable from 4.5V to 4.73V. Includes a watchdog timer and provides active high/low reset signals with a reset delay time of 280ms and timeout of 140ms. Operates from a 4.75V to 5.5V supply with a maximum supply current of 1.95mA. Packaged in a 14-pin PDIP for through-hole mounting, with a maximum power dissipation of 600mW and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
