Features a single monitored voltage input with an overvoltage threshold of 4.73V and an undervoltage threshold of 4.5V, with a typical threshold voltage of 4.65V. Includes a watchdog timer and provides active high/active low reset with a reset delay time of 280ms and reset timeout of 140ms. Operates from a 4.75V to 5.5V supply voltage, drawing a maximum supply current of 1.95mA. Packaged in SOIC with a maximum power dissipation of 600mW, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
