Includes active low reset with a 280ms delay and a 160ms timeout, plus a watchdog timer. This through-hole component, housed in a PDIP package, offers a maximum power dissipation of 727mW and a maximum supply current of 250uA. Suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C, it is RoHS compliant.
