3V voltage monitoring microprocessor supervisory circuit with active-low reset. Features a single monitored voltage input with reset thresholds at 4.25V (undervoltage) and 4.5V (overvoltage). Operates from 1V to 5.5V supply voltage with a maximum supply current of 250uA. Includes a watchdog timer and a reset delay time of 280ms. Packaged in a 1-element PDIP for through-hole mounting.
