1-channel power supply management IC featuring a simple reset/power-on reset function. Operates from 1V to 5.5V with a maximum supply current of 350uA and typical 190uA. Monitors a single voltage with reset thresholds ranging from 2.55V to 2.7V, including an overvoltage threshold at 2.7V and undervoltage threshold at 1.25V. Includes a watchdog timer with active-low reset and delay times of 280ms (reset) and 160ms (timeout). Packaged in an 8-lead SOIC surface-mount package, supplied on tape and reel.
