Monitors a single voltage with reset thresholds ranging from 2.55V to 2.7V, including an overvoltage threshold at 2.7V and undervoltage threshold at 1.25V. Includes a watchdog timer with active-low reset and delay times of 280ms (reset) and 160ms (timeout). Packaged in an 8-lead SOIC surface-mount package, supplied on tape and reel.
