It features active high/active low reset with a 280ms reset delay and 160ms reset timeout. Operating from 1V to 5.5V, the device consumes a maximum supply current of 250uA and offers an output current of 20mA. The SOIC package measures 5mm x 4mm x 1.5mm, with a maximum power dissipation of 470mW and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
