Power Supply Monitor IC with Active Low Reset. Features a single monitored input and voltage, with a reset threshold range of 4.5V to 4.75V. Operates from a 1V to 5.5V supply voltage with a maximum supply current of 200uA. Packaged in a surface-mount SOIC (5mm x 4mm x 1.5mm) with a push-pull output. Includes a 380ms reset delay and 140ms reset timeout.
