Microprocessor supervisor IC featuring backup battery switchover and watchdog timer. Monitors a single voltage with a 4.65V threshold (±2% accuracy), offering undervoltage detection at 4.5V and overvoltage at 4.75V. Provides an active-low reset with a 280ms delay and 140ms timeout, alongside a 250mA output. Operates from 1V to 5.5V with a maximum supply current of 100µA. Packaged in a lead-containing SOIC for surface mounting, with a maximum power dissipation of 500mW.
