Microprocessor supervisor IC with backup battery switchover and watchdog timer. Features active high reset, 4.5V/4.75V undervoltage/overvoltage thresholds, and a 4.65V threshold voltage. Operates with a 1V to 5.5V supply voltage and 100uA supply current. Includes a 280ms reset delay and 140ms reset timeout. Packaged in PDIP for through-hole mounting, with a maximum power dissipation of 400mW.
