Surface mount microprocessor supervisory circuit featuring active-low push-pull output. Monitors a single voltage with a reset threshold of 4V, adjustable between 3.93V and 4.06V. Operates from 1V to 5.5V supply voltage with a maximum supply current of 60uA. Includes a 20us reset delay and a 140ms reset timeout. Available in SOT-23-3 package.
