Operates from 1V to 5.5V supply voltage with a maximum supply current of 60µA. Offers a reset delay time of 840ms and a reset timeout of 140ms. Available in SC package, measuring 1mm height, 2mm length, and 1.25mm width, supplied in tape and reel packaging.
