Surface mount microprocessor supervisory circuit featuring active low reset with a push-pull output. Monitors a single voltage with a reset threshold range of 4.3V to 4.46V. Operates within a 1V to 5.5V supply voltage range, consuming a maximum of 15µA supply current. Includes a 560ms reset delay time and a 140ms reset timeout. Packaged in a 4-lead SOT package on tape and reel.
