Operates with a dual supply voltage range of 2.25V to 2.75V and a single supply voltage from 2.7V to 5.5V, consuming a low 3.5µA quiescent current. This surface-mount integrated circuit utilizes an SPI interface and offers a 35kHz -3dB bandwidth. The logarithmic taper and two independent resistor elements are housed in a compact LFCSP EP package.
