The regulator operates from a 2.3 V to 5.5 V input range and uses about 30 µA quiescent current at full load. Dropout voltage for the 3.3 V option is specified as low as 90 mV typical in WLCSP or 120 mV typical in TSOT at 150 mA. Protection features include current limit, thermal overload shutdown, undervoltage lockout, and a logic-controlled enable input. The family supports small 1 µF ceramic input and output capacitors and is specified from -40°C to +125°C junction temperature.
