Features a wide input voltage range of 3.15V to 14V and supports up to 5A output current with an adjustable output voltage from 800mV to 14V. Operates with a nominal supply current of 350µA and offers a maximum duty cycle of 100%. Packaged in a compact TSOT for surface mounting, with operating temperatures from -40°C to 125°C.
