1.25A synchronous step-down DC-to-DC regulator with a 1.2MHz switching frequency. Features a 2.3V to 5.5V input voltage range and an adjustable output voltage from 600mV to 5.5V, with 1.5% accuracy. Operates with a nominal supply current of 200uA and supports a maximum output current of 1.25A. Packaged in a compact LFCSP EP (3.1mm x 3.1mm x 0.8mm) for surface mounting. RoHS compliant and suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
