Dual, 300 mA fixed output, low noise, high PSRR voltage regulator. Features two positive, fixed output regulators with 3.3V and 2.5V outputs respectively, each capable of 300mA. Offers 1% accuracy and a low dropout voltage of 170mV. Operates with input voltages from 2.5V to 5.5V and provides 70dB PSRR. Surface mountable with gold contact plating, this RoHS compliant component is supplied on tape and reel.
