High-efficiency, low quiescent current buck regulator with adjustable output voltage up to 14V and 800mA maximum output current. Features a wide input voltage range of 3.2V to 15V and operates at selectable frequencies of 1.2 MHz or 600 kHz. This surface mount component offers up to 90% efficiency and a nominal supply current of 700uA, with a compact 3.1mm x 3.1mm x 0.75mm package. Includes synchronous rectification and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
