Operates from 1.8V to 5.5V with a quiescent current of 250uA. Packaged in QFN with tin, matte contact plating, and supplied on tape and reel. This positive polarity regulator offers 60dB PSRR and a minimum current limit of 250mA, suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
