Operates from a 3V to 12V input voltage range with a quiescent current of 1µA. Packaged in a compact SOT-23-6 (2.9mm x 1.6mm x 1.15mm) and supplied on tape and reel. Offers 60dB power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
