Power management unit combines two high performance step-down buck regulators with two low dropout linear regulators. The buck regulators supply up to 1200 mA each and operate at 3 MHz to support compact external components. The LDO regulators supply up to 300 mA each and support low quiescent-current portable applications. The device operates from a 2.5 V to 5.5 V main input range and is housed in a 24-lead 4 mm × 4 mm LFCSP package.
