Integrated optical photometric sensor module measures ambient-light and synchronous reflected LED pulse signals. The module integrates a photometric front end, two green LEDs, two photodiodes, a 14-bit ADC, a 20-bit burst accumulator, and three configurable LED drivers. Digital configuration and data output use a 1.8 V I2C interface or an SPI port. The device operates over a -40°C to +85°C temperature range in a 3.8 mm × 5.0 mm, 24-terminal LGA cavity package.
