Micropower precision voltage reference provides a fixed 1.2 V output for low-power analog systems. The device uses a CMOS architecture with low supply current, high initial accuracy, and low temperature drift over the industrial temperature range. It supports source and sink load current capability and is supplied in a compact 6-lead SOT-23 package.
