Ultralow-noise XFET voltage reference provides a 2.500 V nominal output for precision data acquisition and converter applications. The reference operates from a 4.5 V to 18 V input range with 2 V supply headroom and a typical 580 μA quiescent current. B-grade accuracy is specified to ±1 mV with a maximum 3 ppm/°C temperature coefficient, while A-grade versions are specified to ±3 mV and 10 ppm/°C. The output can source up to 30 mA and sink up to −20 mA, and the device is specified over −40°C to +125°C in 8-lead MSOP and narrow SOIC packages.
