A precision XFET voltage reference provides a 4.096 V nominal output with low noise and low temperature drift. The device supports current sourcing up to 30 mA and current sinking up to 20 mA. It operates from a 6.1 V to 18 V supply range over −40 °C to +125 °C. Grade options specify maximum temperature coefficients of 10 ppm/°C for A grade and 3 ppm/°C for B grade, with no external capacitor required.
