Ultralow-noise precision voltage reference provides a fixed 4.096 V output for data acquisition, high resolution converters, measurement equipment, industrial instrumentation, and medical devices. The device supports a 4.2 V to 15 V input range and can source or sink up to 10 mA. Accuracy grades include maximum initial output voltage errors of ±0.02% and ±0.04%, with temperature coefficients up to 2 ppm/°C or 4 ppm/°C across −40°C to +125°C. Typical 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz output noise is 2.7 µV p-p, and quiescent current is 950 µA maximum. The family is supplied in an 8-lead narrow-body SOIC package.
